Family case management support

Reclaiming Our Greatness with support from United Way and Siemer Institute, currently provides whole family case management support  to school-aged youth and their families struggling with housing instability.The goal is to reduce the amount of school moves young people have to make during the school year and increase student success during the academic school year.
