Helping Families Heal & Thrive
At Reclaiming Our Greatness (ROG), we understand that family crises create deep emotional trauma, affecting everyone involved. We take a holistic, all-family, and community-focused approach to assist those affected by housing instability. Our trauma-informed care is designed to help BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities in King County, WA, navigate complex housing, education, and justice systems with dignity and support.
Led by Black professionals committed to giving back, ROG delivers culturally appropriate services to those most in need.

Whether providing case management or offering program support, we work together to ensure everyone we serve receives compassionate care.
Every member of our team, from project managers to directors, steps in to provide case management whenever needed. This collaborative spirit reflects our belief that meaningful change happens when we work side by side, supporting each other and the people we serve.
